A Fresh Approach: Bringing Learning to Life

 On November, 23rd, 2010 an international academic conference devoted to the English language teaching methods took place at secondary school № 1260 with English bias. The fifth-year students of the IGUMO’ Department of Foreign Languages led by I.V. Synbulatov, a senior teacher of IGUMO academic department chair «Romano-Germanic Philology» were invited to participate in that conference entitled «A Fresh Approach: Bringing Learning to Life»

 The conference was organized by and sponsored by Lewis School of English [www.lewis-school.co.uk] and Trinity College London [www.trinitycollege.co.uk]. Both these institutions have an intense international activity and their professors give master classes in such countries as Austria, Bulgaria, the Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Russia, Romania, Slovenia and Croatia.
