Demo Lesson “The High-Profile Case”

Business Center The Court-Room

April, 28, 2008, the Arbitration Court of First Instance’ judicial proceedings on the case «The Commercial Dispute on the Invalidation of the Agreement on Tenancy and Technical Service of the Domodedovo Airport Equipment» ended in a draw. The proceedings were initiated by the Federal Agency for State Property Management. The defendant was LLC «EASTline». According to economic indicators the case was of great importance for the state economy. The result of the trial was an amicable agreement between the parties.

But… don’t hurry into your searching for the details of this high-profile case in the legal bulletins and numerous informational Internet portals. The event deals with a moot of arbitrary trial, which was held at IGUMO Law Department by a professor, whose status is of no comments. He is Alexander Arifulin, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation Supreme Arbitrary Court, distinguished lawyer of Russia.

In spite of the vertuality of the arbitration, the students of the Law Department, the participants of the trial showed their professional knowledge of global economic categories being expertly directed by the master. The trial of a most complicated case was performed without a hitch. It proves the fact that for the future lawyers the peculiarities of the arbitrary process are by no means a sealed book.
