 April, 28, 2008, the Arbitration Court of First Instance’ judicial proceedings on the case «The Commercial Dispute on the Invalidation of the Agreement on Tenancy and Technical Service of the Domodedovo Airport Equipment» ended in a draw. The event deals with a moot of arbitrary trial, which was held at IGUMO Law Department by a professor, whose status is of no comments. He is Alexander Arifulin, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation Supreme Arbitrary Court, distinguished lawyer of Russia.
