Not Every Wolf is “the Heavy Lead” (a moot at IGUMO Law Department)

Business Center The Court-Room

May, 27, 2009 a moot on an attempted premeditated murder of Three Piglets by Wolf W. took part at IGUMO; its participants were second year students of IGUMO Law Department. Wolf W. was accused of the crime in accord with article 30, part 3 and article 105, part 2 of the Criminal Code of Russian Federation.

At that legal proceedings more than 20 second-year students of Law Department took part: three federal judges, two representatives of the public prosecutor’s office, six lawyers, Three Piglets, Wolf, Fox, Squirrel, Owl, doctor Aybolit, a district policeman, a clerk of the court.

The preparation to the legal proceedings lasted two months. During that period the required legal documentation and a great evidential basis were prepared.

How keen-witted and talented were the second-year students of Law Department while preparing to the trial!

Owing to the efforts of the barristers Wolf appeared to be an honest resident of the Magic Forest living a healthy lifestyle, and Piglets appeared to be vociferous hooligans having fun at the forest at night time.

The verdict was heard. The students of our university will long remember those magic moots.

It was not the first either it was not the last trial. Three more years more of interesting training are waiting for them ahead!
