 The metaphor is not accidental. April, 16, 2010 the four-year students of the Institute for the Humanities and IT Law Department took part in the arbitrary process on the case of declaring the «Domodedovo Airport» property exchange for the shares of the company agreement invalid. It doesn’t matter, that it was just a moot, but the case under decision was real. Professor A. Arifulin, honourable lawyer of Russia based that moot on a 2006 year legal case in which he himself took part being a member of the Presidium of the Russian Federation Supreme Arbitrary Court.

 The students of Law Department did careful preparation for this trial under his supervision and professionally «entered» the legal proceedings with moral self-reliance. However, they didn’t get ready-made receipts from the master. That’s why they had to rely on their own knowledge, skills and logic.

  «I state it with pleasure that from year to year the level of competence in jurisprudence of the students of the Law Department becomes higher and higher. The quantity of passive students declines, and the quantity of the students who are interested in knowledge increases» – said A. Arifulin.

 It means that the analogy on the students with the «eaglets» has dual interpretation…
