 Management is as old as the human kind. Millenniums have gone since the time men realized that the only way to survive is to fight – attack and defend. Managers have had many names – tribal chiefs, leaders, kings, tsars, emperors, masters etc. The heart of the matter is this: some command and others obey. We are planning to train leaders for all levels of management.

 Management in Russia is as specific as Russian business is. Here business managers more than often use some ancient techniques like intuition and background experience instead of scientific methods. Being a manager is not a position, it’s a vocation which requires substantial knowledge in the field. Those who have learnt the rules of governmental and municipal management are in great demand either in private or in government sector.

 The faculty’s graduates will be true specialists – men of culture able to exploit creativity in decision-making.
