Psychology is a classical «helping» trade. This art is being taught at IGUMO’s Psychology Department.

IGUMO’s Psychology Department trains highly skilled specialists, capable of helping other people to solve domestic and professional problems. The Students acquire special skills and knowledge providing them with an ability to take up questions of social and developmental psychology, consultancy, management psychology.

The highly skilled lecturers of the institute, noted scientists, practicing psychologists open to the students the secrets of one of the most exquisite, interesting and needed to the society occupations. Theoretical blocks of disciplines are traditionally corroborated with the practical ones.

I feel very much obliged to the Department of Psychology for my upward move in career. Interesting lectures and job-related trainings have brought us to professional work. For example, useful for me proved to be the technical skills acquired in personnel management. The achievement of recruitment goals requires creativity, non-standard thinking and emotional impact.
