The Earth – Planet of the Internet
Our planet is, in fact, turning into the planet of the Internet. There are still state borders on the geographical maps, but the in the Internet the World is unlimited and united. And, day in day out, the Internet becomes a bigger part of our lives.
In Russia, for example, the Internet is getting popular quite rapidly. However, the analysts warn that it might be dangerous – the Internet can “enslave the young people”. But as funny as it sounds there still is a point that we should at least think about.
In general, the young are looking for nothing but communication in the Internet. Sometimes they get involved in it so deeply that they are practically living in the social networking services or entertaining websites.
But the Internet is not just a tool for communication. As a matter of fact the Internet is a multifunctional device which might be more than just helpful for those who want to get extra knowledge and information spending slightly less time than trying to do that without the Internet.
Nowadays the Internet is an integral part of many professions and of business itself due to its advertizing technologies, electronic commerce, Internet-journalism resources, etc. This enumeration is constantly filled up.
