The Law Faculty has held a discussion «Legal aspects of Trade Control» in which students of the 3rd and 4th years took part. The discussion was presided over by the Dean of the Law Faculty M.Davitadze, Ph.D, (law) and the Head of the Business Law Department, assistant Professor of law A.Pavlov Ph.D, (law).

The following reports were presented:

«Investments, the Definition of Investments, Classification of Investments» by Pyotr Kovyrshin, a 4th years student,

«State Regulation of Foreign Investments» by Yulia Ryzhkova, a 4th year student;

«Legal Aspects of Using Means of Individualisation by A.Pavlov, the Business Law Department Head.

„Joint-Stock and Mutual Investment Funds“ by Andrey Zotkin, a 4th year student.

„Financial Lease Contract“ by Andrey Moisa, a 4th year student.

Following the discussion of the reports A.Pavlov summarized the ideas presented in them and pointed out that they had touched upon a number of legal problems in trade that require legal regulation. All the reports evoked a lot of interest among the audience.
