In accordance with IGUMO’s Research Plan for July-December 2007, on November 15, 2007 the Law Faculty held the workshop conference «The Protection of the Rights of Parties to Civil Law (Business) Relations». Both faculty and students took part in the conference.

 The participants of the conference discussed many issues relating to the protection of parties, to civil law and business relations. The following reports were presented «The Protection of Consumer Rights» by A.Polunin, «The Procedure of the Out-of-Court Settlement of Disputes in Business», by Y.Yermoshkina, «The Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights in Courts of Arbitration» by Y. Zalyaldinova, «The Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights in Contractual Disputes by K. Khokhlov, „The Protection of the Rights of the Incapable“ by A.Osipov, etc. The speakers answered the questions of the audience.
